Integrate with Mint via OIDC trust relationships

We've rolled out a new OIDC trust relationship with Mint. This allows you to use Mint as your CI provider and authenticate to your Depot project for fast container image builds via an OIDC token exchange. It's a great way to authenticate to Depot without needing to manage static credentials in CI.
