Control self-hosted builders from the Project Settings

Folks leveraging self-hosted Depot builders can now reset the actual builders directly from Depot. Like resetting the cache for a given project, you can now reset the entire BuildKit machine backing your builds. Navigate to your Project Settings and click the Reset Machines button at the bottom.
