Select the region for your Depot project

When you build your Docker image in CI, you usually want to push it to your registry afterward. However, the further your builder is from your registry, the slower the network latency. With project region selection, you can choose to have your Depot builders launch in the region that is closest to your registry so that you minimize the latency of pushing your image to your registry.
