New CI-focused onboarding

It's a foundational goal to make Depot as easy as possible to integrate into your existing tools and processes. On that front, we wanted to save several clicks when trying to plug Depot into your existing CI provider. So, now when you create a project, you can choose your CI provider and get the step-by-step configuration with the workflow config to route your Docker image builds to Depot.
