We recently contacted PostHog after benchmarking around a 2x speedup on one of their Actions workflows. They were intrested in the switch, and we collaborated to convert their Actions workflows to use the Depot actions for Docker builds.

After the switch, their main Docker build workflow went from around sixteen minutues on average to only three, a 5x speedup! You can read more about the switch on PostHog's blog.
