CI analytics in the Depot API and CLI

Depot now exposes GitHub Actions jobs, logs, analytics, and optimization recommendations through the public API. See the GitHub Actions API guide for API examples.

The Depot CLI and API also expose ranked flaky and slow test analytics with filters and failure details. These interfaces make CI investigation and optimization available to scripts, agents, and other developer tools.

For example, list flaky tests or export the slowest tests as JSON:

depot tests analytics --ranking flaky
depot tests analytics --ranking slowest --output json
