Workflow dispatch inputs now follow the selected ref

The Depot CI Run workflow dialog and dispatch API now load workflow_dispatch inputs from the selected branch or tag.
The displayed and validated inputs match the workflow version that Depot CI runs, including inputs that differ from the default branch.
Open Workflows in the Depot dashboard and click Run a workflow. Select the repository, branch or tag, and workflow to see the inputs defined at that ref. See Manage workflow runs for more ways to start a run.
