GitHub Enterprise OIDC tokens now authenticate with Depot

GitHub Enterprise Cloud jobs can now authenticate with Depot when their OIDC tokens use an enterprise-scoped issuer.

Existing Depot OIDC trust relationships accept these tokens, so organizations can enable GitHub's enterprise slug in OIDC claims without breaking Depot authentication.
