Fixed wildcard paths in Registry Access Tokens

We fixed an issue where creating Registry Access Tokens with wildcard path scopes returned a 403 error.

Registry Access Tokens now accept wildcard patterns such as test/**, so one token can grant access across matching registry paths.

Open Registry Access Token settings in the Depot dashboard to create a token with a wildcard path scope such as test/**.
