Dynamic job names in Depot CI

The Depot CI workflow UI now correctly evaluates and displays dynamic job names that use expressions. Job names like Deploy to ${{ inputs.APP_ENV }} or Test (${{ matrix.os }}) now resolve to their actual values in the dashboard instead of showing the raw expression.
