CNI isolation enabled for all builds

We've enabled CNI (Container Network Interface) isolation for all builds. CNI isolation ensures each build container has its own isolated network namespace, preventing network interference between concurrent builds running on the same machine.

Previously, CNI isolation was only available by request. Now, all Depot builds benefit from this additional layer of network isolation, ensuring more predictable and secure build environments.

All new builder machines have CNI isolation. To immediately use a new builder machine and access this feature, reset a project's machines from the Project Settings page.
