Filter registry images by tags

You can now filter registry images by save tags. Use the search box on the registry page to filter images by tag names, making it much easier to find specific images based on how they were tagged during the build process.

This joins the existing ability to filter by digest and build ID, as well as your ability to facet down to specific projects in your registry. We're excited to keep iterating on this view, so if you have additional things that you'd like to see here, let us know in our Discord Community.
