depot CLI v2.99.0

The depot CLI has been updated to version 2.99.0, which includes several new features and improvements:

• Added support for default auth mechanisms for depot claude and depot cargo that are not restricted to just Depot Cache access
• Added support for Remote Claude Code with depot claude to allow you to run Claude Code in Depot sandboxes with persistent disks (blog post)
• Add support for depot build --annotation
• Add new depot blog latest command to grab the latest Depot blog post from your terminal
• Improved DX around depot login to prompt to open the url in your browser
• Fix for multi-project depot bake builds not being marked as finished correctly
• Improve depot login and depot org switch commands to be aware of the current organization context
• Add support for depot bake --set list+=value functionality
