# Depot is now a member of the CNCF (https://depot.dev/blog/depot-cncf)

We've long admired and been heavy consumers of several CNCF projects, including Kubernetes, Prometheus, Flux, and Helm. It's safe to say that those projects fuel hundreds of thousands of new ideas every day, Depot included. So, naturally, we wanted to join them in helping to build and shape the future of the cloud native ecosystem.
